Just the little getaway we were looking for. The tent had everything we needed, bed, toilet, shower, esky, bbq. So secluded yet close to Hawker. Amazing scenery and wildlife. Sharon, the owner, was an amazing host. Will definitely be back.

Eine herrlich abgelegene Gorge zum Campen ganz in der Nähe von Hawker. Das Gebiet ist seit Jahren im Familienbesitz und erst seit einiger Zeit für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Das Haus der Familie liegt an der Straße vor der Gorge und wird passiert, um in das Gebiet zu kommen. Die Übernachtungsgebühr sollte dann natürlich dort bezahlt werden. Die Familie hat viele Kinder und ist sehr Gastfreundlich. Man erhält sogar einen Lageplan und zugewiesenen Platz, welche jedoch alle einsam und verlassen über das Gebiet verteilt sind. Pro Erwachsener wird lediglich eine Übernachtungsgebühr von $5 AUD verlangt. Meinige der Stellplätze sind nur mit 4WD erreichbar.
