one of our guests went to flight centre - MackayCBD to book flights and accommodation in Sydney and was confronted with a RUDE, unhelpful, abnoxious consultant who obviously didnt want the business, the consultant told my guests to just go to an internet cafe and book on line and not waste her time.  Her name was Theresa???  Can u believe it?  I know Mackay has a reputation for BAD customer serviice, but this is just so embarrassing... well what more would you expect from Mackay ?  my husband rang the airlines and made a phone reservation!  my recommendation is dont bother with flight centre !!!
