Recently booked two separate trips here, one with Adele who price beat my original quote and helped me book my trip to Fiji and the other with Louise who helped me plan my surprise trip to Queensland for my partner and I (also price beat).  Both girls are amazingly friendly and so easy to deal with. Definitely recommend heading down and seeing either girls for your next trip!

Staff member Kris is absolutely unprofessional. Purchased the wrong travel insurance for me and then yelled at me over the telephone when I advised him of this. Do yourself a favour and refuse to have him handle your booking better yet go to another shop!

Never again will I deal with such absolute unorthodox professionals. I booked and travelled , stayed at my fav resort in Bali , Padma @ Legion..on arrival was ushered immediately to Sunyara Hospital in Denpasar for an epidural due to travelling Garuda ( bumped off from VA due to overbooked flights, I booked VA to have the extra legroom as I am 5 minutes away from permanent paralyses due to an MVA 2 weeks prior to travel. I have never had a problem with either being offloaded or bumped due to standard FAA overbooking but to anothercarrier that isn't code sharing nor partnered in any way doesn't work for me...So , thankyou Flight Centre for totally screwing my last holiday up 3 years ago , not only did I pay without question accomm and flights thru your package ( sic ) but was completely incompacitated for the duration of well earned break. Now , after numerous attempts to obtain an apology that has gone unanswered for 3 yrs , I've decided a public statement may get some attention , sad that we as consumers now must beg for something that should be standard as ,the consumer must come first in an industry customer is always right without question , just proof required for the inconvenient occurrence . So , here I am , stuck trying to book a package to Valparaiso /Chile for travel in March but I need to know why Flight Centre would even value my travel as important now knowing what I do regarding code sharing , can you mix QF with LAN ?? Or will I just end up in Hospital in Santiago on Morphine for 10 days again ?? I dont think so is my answer , take yourself back to basics andbtreat your customers as clients with respect and you will receive the same respect. We do actually pay your wages, just saying....... So , can you guarantee myself if I choose to utilize the package you offer you will not have myself bumped from first , business back to coach ever again so I can avoid spending 10 days in Santiago Hospital.. due only to Flight Centre incompetence

Let myself know why I should ever consider taking another package.
