I should have given no star but cant write review without selecting star. They are big ZERO. Poor customer service, arrogant, rude,etc If you want to feel good about booking holidays DO NOT go in flight centre Karingal. They are complete ripoff. They do not get back to you on time. Wait time is terrible. Never offers you sit, always check price with airlines directly, DO NOT trust them. I wouldnt book my enemy's ticket to hell through them. They are worst, cant count on them for anything.

Bad customer service, other flight centre outlets are still a lot better than here. Unless you want to end up like Bryan Mills from the Taken film series, I strongly recommend you stay as far away from here as possible.
