This branch has been the absolute WORST booking company we have gone through, we started by booking our flights with the verbal confirmation that we would be able to change a person on our booking as we were unsure who was yet to come, when we came to having to change that individuals booking we were refused the service that the consultant had once promised us. There were multiple of us in this branch and we all had witnessed this verbal confirmation but once we had started to email donna our consultant she denied ever saying so. Since then we have gone back and forth with her and the airline, only to have to wait almost a month for them to finally release the management of our tickets back to our airline, In the process of this the staff at this branch we’re rude, unhelpful and arrogant towards us. After a month of waiting for the booking to be released we were told we have one passenger missing off our booking reference which was never mentioned by flight centre. we have had the very HELP-FULL staff at our airline fixing flight centre ocean keys massive mistakes. As we had spent thousands of dollars with this branch we would have expected a lot better care but unfortunately we were shown the complete opposite and will never be using or recommending flight centre ocean keys again.
Have always used Flight Centre at Ocean Keys for many years. Being Elderly, we found them very helpful. They have taken away our stress of booking and organising our flight's. Our thanks particularly to Donna, who has been looking after us. She is so professional.
Phone calls, can't get through, service isn't bad, but what is the point of booking seats and paying for that service when THE AIRLINES JUST CHANGE THEM, WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU DON'T GET. Once flight Centre gets paid, no further communication from them. Waited for emails from them and no replies, Very frustrating. I won't use flight Centre in the future.
Phone call after phone call no one answers …week after week Flight centre Joondalup. No return follow up call from consultant either. Big flashy shop front but no active business happening hopeless
Numerous attempts to call this store with no answer or reply to messages or emails. Waiting for reimbursement of cancelled booking for a year now. No responses from agent or store.
I want to book a flight for my wife and she has a credit for her flight. So, I tried to contact to office many times and they are busy all the times never get called back and fortunately once they recieved the call and said they can't help me out at the moment with my situation because I want to book flight at same time and ask me to call back again for next day or week. I want to book a flight in emergency but i was helpless because I can only use my credit over the office only. And my local office don't have any upcoming appoinment until next 7 days. Extremly helpless and can't trust this service.Try another provider.
Absolutely terrible - DO NOT GO HERE We were meant to fly from Perth to South Korea, then South Korea to Singapore and then Singapore to Perth. Supposed to fly out in 3 days time. My husband got COVID and we had to cancel the South Korea part of our trip as they have a strict entry policy. We paid $3200 for this trip and used a $300 gift voucher which if we didn't have, we would not be using flight centre. We booked a flight from Perth to Singapore and thought we would have some difference as a one way flight costs $500 each and we've already paid for the flight back from Singapore. Nope... No money back and being told we have to pay an extra $400. These guys are absolute rip off artists and the only reason they are still in business is they are constantly ripping people off. Do not go here!!
Donna provided the best service and helped me out when overseas highly recommend this branch.
I dropped into Ocean Keys FC who I usually book with, not really thinking they would be able to help with my disaster attempt at booking elsewhere but Candice was wonderful, sorted everything straight away, so professional and friendly.
Customer service is non existent. We know the whole world is short staffed and companies are recruiting anybody at the moment but really is it too hard to say we'll be with you in a moment or do you have an appointment, take a seat!!!!
