Slow to answer enquiries, i asked for a simple quote that was promised to me at the end of the day but 5 days later, I am still waiting.

We used to use Flight Centre Docklands all the time when Marina was the manager there, and it was a dream. To say this place has gone downhill is an understatement. Rude staff who don't know the answers to seemingly basic questions, and a rude manager with an attitude who is so unhelpful it is ridiculous. We have booked many holidays through them before, but never again!
