Went in to buy a bus pass from Sydney to Cairns and left with two added excursions. Bus was OK, not really comfortable to sleep in during the overnight trips and Wifi was spotty. More than once during all those KM I saw bus drivers shouting or just mistreating backpackers, myself and my partner included. A real shame. The excursions booked were Fraser Island 4x4 Adventure by Palace Adventure and Whitsundays Sailing on a boat called Spank Me. The sailing experience was great, professional crew and tasty food. On the other hand, the 4x4 was really disappointing. The guide was not interested in explaining anything about the island, his main goal was getting back to camp because it was "beer time". The time spent in each location was minimum and his driving was quite dangerous. Slower drivers felt they had to keep up putting other passengers in a tricky situation. Wouldn't recommend Palace Adventure at all. There are better travel agencies than Greyhound Wicked, don't make my mistake, do your research.

Just gave them one star, because I can't give them 0 stars...my trip was totally messed up! I planned out my whole 3 weeks tour with them (from melbourne with a lot of stops and tours to cairns). I had a really tight plan and the first thing that went wrong was, that I wasn't on the bus list... so we had to call the chef and luckily it wasn't summer so I actually was able to get on it! Then I had to pay $40 extra even though I already paid.. got the refunds as soon as I got back to melbourne so on my last day.. The next thing the guy booked wrong was either my busses or my accommodation.. all I know was that I won't have a hostel for the next night even though I already paid for... the greyhound store in noosa solved that! He didn't even nook.me on the Frazer tour! How good, that they had one space left! And I had to pay more on magnetic.. I.knew I would have to.pay there but they told me the wrong price!!! Back.in melbourne he forgot to book.me.into a room as well and because he messed up the accommodation earlier in the trip I almost had to pay for one more night than I stayed.. how good that the people who work at the yha central were the most helpful people I've met!!! In total I spend more time in the greyhoud offices and worrying, than actually enjoying the trip! And as soon as I complaindes and hoped for at least something in return they only told me he's human, and only a backpacker and that he isn't in the work.yet. Well too bad that I know that he already works there for 1,5 years so how long does he need?!! At least I got a sorry for the slight error even though I didn't think it was only a slight error... Know some others had troubles as well but not as many as I had...
