Rip off quote. Charged $1000.00 more for holiday package. Went to Escape Travel added a more expensive room and was cheaper than Flight Centre Craigieburn.  Try them... Escape Travel. Great service and interested in helping you. See Alisha for great help

Probably the worst flight centre I've come across. Staff are rude especially Stefany, very dull not even a smile upon greeting. Keeps you waiting while she does other things on the computer. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. 
She couldn't even beat the written quote I gave her from another flight centre. 
I chose to book my holiday with a smaller business. They are much better than these snobs honestly.

We have booked numerous holidays here, The staff are always pleasant, they are never too busy to cater our holiday's exactly to the expense that we want them to be. No request is too hard to fulfill. In my experience they always advise us when NOT to stay somewhere that is substandard. We always take their advice on board. That's probably why we've NEVER been disappointed. We're not the only clients who sign off on every aspect of our holiday before it's booked at Flight centre. In my experience...You get what you pay for. 🛫

I had a bad experience with Craigieburn flight cenre a very poor service Dylan. He try to charge more than he agreed for a visa

the staff at Flight Centre Craigieburn are delightful and very helpful, i booked a cruise through them to the pacific islands and it was a breeze! answered any questions i had and even got me extra on board credit! i booked with Amy and she was lovely! as were the rest of the people in store :) 10/10
