1st time traveller, never been outside Australia. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kate from Craigieburn Victoria. There are no words to explain Kate's customer service and knowledge, except for exceptional. Each step was made simple by her explanations and her willingness to help. I was extremely apprehensive when walking in. After some suggestions and personal knowledge/tips from Kate I am looking forward to my international trip abroad. Worth more than 5 stars, absolutely recommend this agency.
Frustrating, incompetent, useless, rude is the experience I had with this store. Booking a holiday is suppose to an exciting adventure but she has turned it into a horror story. Should not take over a month to book & finalise a trip overseas. Replying to my emails only happened when I became angry. Still waiting for Michelle to respond to my last email. I will taking my business else where, obliviously $20K means nothing to her. :
Went in to get info on a country i wanted to travel to soon. After waiting 40min for a staff member to be free which is out of anyones control i was asked can i help you and i advised i wanted to speak to someone to get information on the country i am planning to book a holiday to and was fobbed off that he did not have any information at the moment. Was told I could flip through the only broacher in the store but had to give it back. Not there fault if out of broachers but hey why not offer to sit down in front of the computer together and exchange names and get flight costs, Disneyland packages deals, accommodation deals, ski packages ect…. Things to do. Ask questions ect.. I will take my 20k and go somewhere else to book our trip.
They don’t pick up the call and when I visited the Craigieburn office they refused to serve as they only want appointments and there was lady available free. They should improve their customer service skills and interact with customers properly.
I have used this store once and had a great experience. Samantha was very helpful
Horrible its only word i can say…. Went to book my trip on 11 September and until 28 September they keep giving me excuses that they will call me tomorrow someone working on your itinerary and when ever you call them back , first of all you need to be lucky guy to connect the call first and then once they pick they will give this excuse plus they will tell you the person whos working on it he or she is on holiday then next day new rep will look you after and the day after they tell you ohhh they didnt knew about it at all. And the story goes on and on.
Four staff inside.. its 9:10 am They are still eating and chatting to each other behind closed doors!!! Change your trading hours if you are that careless so people don't waste time standing at the front of the shop.
Karly from Flight Centre Craigieburn made the process of booking flights so easy for me! I was not able to come into the store so she was able to help me redeem my Flight Centre voucher over the phone. She was so lovely and considerate, making it such a straightforward process for me & I look forward to booking flights with Karly & Flight Centre in the future!
Drove from Essendon to pick up a broucher which was the wrong one 3rd flight centre store did the same thing Will never deal with them
