Absolutely excellent work by Dean and the team. Very transparent about price and extra work needed, and great value to boot. Arrived on time, finished early and to an excellent quality. Managed the challenges of an old house and made it look fantastic. Sorted out the plumber and electrician as well. Would highly, highly recommend them and will use them again for our next reno.

Didn't finish the job. Didn't come back when he said he would. Rude and seems to hate what he does. Didn't affix our island to IKEA specifications. He says its to code. IKEA say absolutely not. They don't recommend him anymore. Works fast but cuts corners. Asked for $55 off bill as we had to finish the job as he didn't return and work not up to scratch - he threatened a debt collector. Invoice only issued 2 days ago. A real jerk. Don't use this guy!

Flat Pack Pro voided our ikea warranty by cutting corners and improper installation. They claim it’s up to building standards but this has nothing to do with the warranty. 
They were rude and unhelpful, rather they seemed to delight in things not going smoothly. 
One star is too many

Thanks flat pack pro for a job well done. Extremely pleased with our new kitchen. 
Encountered very small issue after fitting dishwasher, they returned promptly to Gold Coast to rectify. 
Luke and Lachlan were quality, organised tradesmen who kept/left our home clean and tidy during installation and upon completion. 
We highly recommend flat pack pro.

Be careful with this company. They quoted a price and then demanded more money after the job was completed. The job was average and they don't put any care into their work. They also damaged our ceiling. Would not recommend
