I went in to get some organic fresh produce to see that the vegetable produce was really old almost rotting. When I told the staff about it the woman that worked there was extremely rude, passive aggressive, dismissive and completely immature in her response to a customer giving constructive feedback. I definitely will not be going back there. And I don’t recommend it. This place used to be pretty good but has only decreased in its friendly staff and vibes and now produce.

Great service and friendly staff. Coffee was excellent ! Soy Cappuccino great tasting and fresh. The Caramel Paleo slice was huge and very tasty. The Vegan Berry Ripe slice was very good as well. Highly recommended

I enjoy the products many GF options yes a little pricey.. but this has to be the worst customer service : really, it’s not that difficult to simply greet your customers. Same low quality service every time I have shopped here. I love supporting my locals but I won’t be shopping here again.

Absolutely friendly team, with really great knowledge. Always have what I need. The store is huge and has so much.... The coffees and cake bar here is really fantastic!!!

Lovely helpful staff and THREE flavours of icecream just for dogs - Pepsi scoffed the peanut butter bacon : Shady spot with easy parking for an organic lunch after a visit to the dog beach at Palm Beach.

Ozganics love this store. Allan and his people know so much about good health and good food. They are so helpful and the range of foods makes it a breeze to get your whole organic shop done quickly. I love this store!

Great product fresh and clean with reasonable prices

We both had a chai latte last week ,  the worst    chai latte    ,a lot of pepper in it ,,, was disgusting , will not go there again

Always very friendly and helpful. Tuesday is seniors' day which brings a 10% discount on most items in the shop.
