We are an EGO FREE GYM and believe you should never be intimidated to train in a gym no matter what your goals are, that’s why you will find the environment of our gym to be highly supportive, compassionate, and very encouraging.

Whether your goals are fitness, conditioning or strength training we have all the facilities to get the workouts and results you desire.

The recently renovated fitness centre is fully equipped and offers a broad selection of equipment, ranging from Cardio Machines, Free Weights to Cable and Plate Loaded Equipment. Added features include our newly renovated showering facilities and Boxing Circuit.
