Not going to lie. I've never been to any other gyms. But from what I've heard and seen of other gyms, EFM is perfect for me. John is friendly (even funny sometimes!), is knowledgeable, supportive and able to tailor the workouts for the individuals. Personal training without the hefty fees. True story! I've definitely seen good results since joining. Give it a go NOW!

John is a fantastic personal trainer. Dedicated to helping you reach all your fitness goals. John has a lot of experience in the industry and it shows when he trains clients. I would highly recommend John and EFM health clubs.

The personalised training of EFM Coburg has been a great way to get fit. I have had limited experience in a gym environment and John has been great in guiding me through each workout. His friendly and knowledgeable approach makes for a comfortable and supportive space, where I can ask any question. The group workouts have been both fun and customised to my fitness goals. Highly Recommended.

I recently had a shoulder injury that meant I could only do lower body stuff for 6 weeks. If it wasn't for joining EFM, I definitely wouldn't have kept it up. So thank you to John for always pushing me, even if I sometimes hate you at the time for it. Because without your support, I definitely wouldn't have been able to make it this far. And I 100% would've used my shoulder as an excuse to not go to the gym. You were able to modify everything to suit my needs, and I appreciate the effort you went to to ensure I kept coming back
