There is nothing Platinum there except the beachfront - the gym is small and the facilities are rather limited compared with other Platinum gyms. Having said that, the staff is friendly and helpful, the music volume is bearable and you can train with the ocean view.

Other than the amazing view not much else is platinum. Service was friendly. Equipment good quality but dated, limited and worn.

Terrible customer service! They chase you times and times to sell you a contract. They offer free training sessions, 1 month free use of gym and etc. Once they lock you up in the contract, you have to ask and ask and ask 100 times and they can barely manage it. Not only that, but also my contract was finished with them long ago. Despite of letting them know in person, by email and also reminding them several times by making phone calls they are still taking off money from my account! P.S: This is my experience with Cronulla Branch. Thankfully they do not exist on the Google Map!
