This fitness first is full of broken equipment, cracked, and damaged machinery and facilities. How about you spend the membership fixing the gym instead of putting it in your pockets. Horrible.
Open the gym till 10 pm and you will get more stars. For now 1 star. I shouldn't have to drive to Willoughby which is currently open 24/7 and has steam and saunas operatonal.
Go back to 10pm closing times instead of 8pm on weekdays and 7:30pm weekends and then I'll give you 4stars or become 24hrs and I'll give you 5stars.
