THE best seafood in the area. Good for any seafood craving. The menu has you covered from fresh raw oysters/prawns, to perfectly fried classic fish and chips, grilled and the rotating specials are always a hit. Amazing taste, fresh and delicious. Service is one of the friendliest in Melbourne! A fantastic place to take friends/fam for a weekend catch-up.
Tommy Ruff is a lively place with excellent food. They have lots of seafood options and some specials as well. My dinner companion had fish cooked in Thai style with satay. It looked great My pictures attached are of my calamari with salad and chips. I would definitely visit again for the excellent food and the welcoming and friendly staff members. They have a few dining areas : outdoors, indoors and out at the back for those of us who prefer to be in a COVID-safer ambiance. The toilet was reasonably clean. I was here on a week-night and the place was busy, but with no waiting time.
Amazing food and customer service is out of this world. Special thanks to Riley for the great hospitality, kindness and his knowledge with the menu. Keep up the great work guys. New regular.
We were excited to try the Windsor store after visiting Mordialloc last year. The standard was maintained and we enjoyed the Chef's Platter $100 between 4-5 of us. It included lots of items including crumbed fish, grilled fish, calamari rings, salt and pepper calamari, mussels, and grilled prawn skewers to name a few. The seafood chowder and fish tacos were also great.
Friendly service! Tasty seafood platter - the best bits were the crumbed fish, mini burgers and crumbed squid. I really enjoyed their passionfruit cider and the super salad which the server recommended- tasted really fresh.
I stopped because I saw people eating beautiful plates of seafood and knew that's what I wanted for lunch. The portion was generous and nicely plated, the ambience breezy and fresh on a summers afternoon and the service quick and thoughtful. Thank you for making up my mind with your menu!Food: 5/5

Service is some of the friendliest I’ve ever come across in Melbourne! A fantastic place to take friends/fam for a Sunday lunch catch-up.
We walked in and got a window seat on the inside. The passion fruit cider was so good I had to get a few bottles to take home. Note takeaways are the same price as off the menu. We had oysters to start and shared the chowder and southern fried fish. Everything was really tasty. Service was friendly even though there seemed to be less staff. A good night out
Moroccan grilled fish outshines everything else, not saying the rest isn’t good though. Service is friendly and awesome as well.
Was ok overall. Grilled fish tasted quite fishy. We had to add salt to some of the dishes.
