Burger Edge Chevron

I didn’t even get a burger in my burger, big disappointment ! Usually they are good, but never going back after this. And as I did write a complaint twice and no one got back to me even worse. Bad customer service! And our burgers was cold when they arrived. So not happy with burger edge!!!

I placed an order through Menulog last night at 7:15 for 2 burgers and 2 servings of chips. After an hour I decided to call the store to find out why they were taking so long, at which point I was told that ‘the burgers had just been made and would be sent asap’. Half an hour later the doorbell rings and the meals are delivered. As a lift the first paper bag out of the plastic bag it simply disintegrates in my hand, sending the remainder of the paper bag crashing to the floor. It seems as though the burger has been sitting around for so long that the steam had destroyed the bag. After picking the bag off the floor I took the chips and burgers out to place on plates, noticing that the chips and burgers were stone cold and did not have any chicken salt on them. I had to throw the chips in the oven for half an hour to get some heat into them this made it 2 hours from the time I ordered before I could eat the chips. In the meantime we proceeded to eat the burgers, even though they were cold not wanting to overcook the meat in the oven. The burgers themselves were horrible – they were cold and the bread was moist, there was next to no sauce I had to add my own, the beef was so overcooked, dry and slightly burnt, there was a single piece of lettuce, the tomatoes were the crappy bits off the end that should have been thrown out and there was next to no jalapenos, peppers or salami. I have included a picture. This experience my first at Burger Edge in a year has completely ruined the franchise for me. I was hoping to make this my new regular burger place but that is certainly not going to happen. I will be sure to be vocal on social media about this as this simply is not good enough.

A few weeks back when I had eaten there during the week I had a friendly staff and great tasting food. How ever today 05/05/18 when I ordered over the phone to pick up later, The phone was answered in a unprofessional manner when asked if actually speaking with ‘Burgers Edge’ it’s a while to get a response, when ordered a meal it took up to three attempts to get it correct. And when I went to pick up my order I almost had walked out of the building without even paying as they had communication as if I had or hadn’t paid yet. . Then I had to have an argument about what goes inside the burger that I ordered when I gave me the wrong ingredients, and then tried to charge me extra. The staff on weekends are useless and have a lack of care for their own workplace would not recommend on the weekends due to incompetent staff members really disappointing, specially when the food is good!

Visited this store today April 2018 and left without ordering. I have visited about a year ago and it was quite good. Today it was absolutely filthy. The windows have not been cleaned for ages and inside the store it is even worse. Grease and grime on everything you touch. After hours they store a motorbike inside - in the dining area. Where are the health Inspectors? I will not return. ******UPDATE This Burger Edge store has now closed down. Perhaps the Health Inspectors did pop in and have a look.

service was really bad i ordered my burger and it took over 15 mins to come. I ordered before other customers and their food came before mine. Paid $21 for a burger with a small meal, the burger had no flavor at all, was lacking structure everything was falling out as soon as i took it out of the wrapper. The burger bun was cut poorly looked like someone used a butter knife if not worse. Worst experience I have ever had if you take in account of how much i paid. its called "Burger Edge' you would think they know how to make burgers if anything. DON'T RECOMMEND.

Good healthy burgers. Please note these are not the typical Aussie-style burgers, they have an assort of combinations to appease the masses. However, I must note, their pricing is odd. The Feel The Cheese burger is like $10 and I added bacon and aioli + small combo of fries and Pepsi and I ended up tapping my card for $20. Also, the menu above the counter is terrible, you need to walk up and pick up the menu itself to see everything they offer and the prices. The prices aren't on the board which is ridiculous.

One would expect more from a $15 burger... ordered a double...not sure what the weight should be - but doesn't scratch 200Grams fully loaded. order was also messed up given a regular, not double... burger was not made fresh again... just an patty added to a then cold burger. what a waste....

Placed my order with the young girl who was by herself. She started cooking it crispy chicken and fries. Other orders came in and my order was left. Chicken and fries were as a result over cooked. Plus, the burger bun was stale. The can of soft drink met my expectations

I wanted to like this place, I really did. But... the burger had no flavour, and tasted like a chunk of meat with lettuce on an all together too big piece of bread. And I had gone out of my way to get something flavorful. Staff were fine, but the burgers are barely burgers.

Burgers here are amazing & the service was excellent. We did a phone order & they delivered to our hotel without any extra charge.We did some changes on to our burgers & their staff served us very nicely & politely & everything was added perfectly whatever we asked for... Will highly recommend to try their yummy burgers & crispy chips...
