The worst rental real estate agency I have ever had! 

You will never deal with the same person twice, you will never meet the property manager they send out some random on all inspections.They always call at 4.59 and when you return the call they have always gone and will never return your call. They will increase your rent by maximum possible amount each year and when you ask to justify they just disappear off the planet. We wanted to continue to live in the property after the original 1 year tenancy, we informed the agency and they never responded to us. 

When you ask them to do anything, they seem to not even recognise that your even one of their tenants. I wouldn't recommend these to any landlord or tenants. I'm very thankful that I don't have to deal with this bunch of novices anymore. I feel very sorry for the owner of the house who is represented in such an unprofessional manner, if I was him I would change agency.

Far better to go with First national rather the McGrath Palm Beach if you can help it. Far more professional, accommodating and understanding. Melinda has been amazing the whole time.

I have known David and Dorothy Hamilton for over 10 years and dealing with First National Palm Beach real estate has been a pleasure. Dot is well known in Palm Beach as a pragmatic experienced property manager who is available all hours of the day to help tenants and has a very personal approach. Thanks for all your help over the years. Trustworthy good people is why David and Dot have built 3 great real estate businesses over 25 years.
