The worst, most unprofessional group of people - which include the receptionists, property managers, selling agents, inspection managers and the owners. 

None of them have any idea of customer service and their rudeness is appalling, and they certainly do not take any advice or criticism. 

Once the sale or lease is made they don't want to know you - I have personal experience with them in both categories.  
They appear to work on the premise of not bothering to communicate whether the purchase or rental has gone through smoothly, and that there are no concerns. 

They never follow up; return phone calls are rare and emails hardly answered.   

Getting back a bond is like pulling teeth but they are at you like hawks to sign the contract and heaven help if a payment is delayed. 

Property manager title is a joke.  

I did not click on any stars but unfortunately this post cannot go through without clicking on at least one, which I have done with extreme reluctance.    Buyer beware.

We came to Mark Gunther as purchasers. Gary was a fantastic agent, very helpful in guiding us through the process and very responsive during negotiations. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary, and will be using him for our own sales in the future.

Thank you to all the staff, and in particular Gary Lucas, for the wonderful and helpful service and advice we received when selling our home.  We had the first people through on the Friday and by Monday night we had sold.  Great job Gary.

worst Real estate agent I have ever delt with . Lesson learnt wouldnt buy a roll of toilet paper off them . And certainly will not have them sell my unit when I decide to sell.
