Reason for the 4 stars is because I live in Auckland and I wish their was a FCU branch here!! because I'm more of a face to face person, but my experience online and through the phone has been really good. The customer service is great. Quick and easy. Also the banking app is easy with no fuss too! Thanks FCU

The team at First Credit Union Taupo are the absolute best.  Wonferful ladies who are the friendliest bunch I have ever met.  My experience with all of them has been nothing short of Exceptional.  They are so helpful, very easy to talk to, fast and efficient, and take away the fear of discussing ANY financial issues you are experiencing.  I love going into my bank because they make me feel so comfortable and at ease.  Taupo team is Tops.

Jenny was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with opening our account. She didn’t rush us and we left feeling valued as new clients.

I find the girls at credit union taupo too be friendly polite and absolutely helpful and a pleasure too deal with .I have no hesitation  recommending them too everyone.

The ladies who work in this Taupo First  Credit Union  are awesome.  They go out of their way to assist you if you don't understand something. I have a hearing loss and I love that they take that extra bit of time to show me everything on computer screen to explain it. They are always a cheerful lot and service with this bank is excellent. I  should have joined years ago. All the best Taupo Branch.
