Customer service is very bad. I couldn't tap with my phone and the waitress is very inpatient and rude. I was trying to use the discount app they suggested, but the app is not working for me. The waitress kept on rushing me and didn't give me a good attitude.
White worm found it in your soup see the 2nd photo... guys please at least wash your ingredients thoroughly. The taste of your soup is always good but if food is not clean we are gonna get sick.
Best malatang restaurant in brisbane. Better than other branch. Recommended to have 40% spicy. You can add more spicy later. Bit pricey.
Fill the bowl is amazing! Its a bit on the pricy side but it hits the spot. The soup is delicious and they are very generous with it. The spice hits just nice as well for those who are looking for a slightly spicy mala but do not want to be dead by the time they finish
Soup stock was great and flavourful, decent price, 40% spice level was really spicy for me
Staff is not friendly at all. She ignored all of my questions. What kind of service is this. It’s ridiculous. I won’t come back this pace. I just wasted my money. And they are using only disposable bowls and cutlery. It’s 2020 please be responsible for the environment guys.
Not quite happy with this place for the hygiene perspective. There were ingredients on the shelf and flies were partying on it...so I took the only veggies and noodles.
First time trying malatang, and it was amazing. So much flavour in the soup and all the ingredients tasted great. I put handmade noodles, pork, mushroom, bakchoy, Chinese bread stick and quail eggs. and I thought the price was reasonable $15
The staff member was rude. The food was alright but terrible service.
