The worst customer service in store. The person on the desk was scratching her back and touching things with the same hands after. The guy who served me didn’t remove the magnet from the sweatshirt, and also said that I am half asleep while he was serving as he first gave us the wrong product and also didn’t give us the receipt because of all the confusion in the product. Very disappointing and inconvenient !!!
Yesterday we have been here at fila dfo Brisbane and it was the worst experience i had in my life during shopping. I tried 3-4 jackets but there was no size so kept everything back. Even hand over to a staff girl there. Later we were eating in food court and a security man came to check our bags saying that Fila store security cameras suspect shoplifting and made a complaint. We have never done anything like this so we clearly said to check all our bags and truly nothing was done by us. This was ridiculous service from fila store employees who did not know what they were doing and just suspected without any proof or realising that how this could affect us. They literally tried to insult us but we know that we were not wrong so we went back to store and asked for manager but only one staff member apologised to us for misunderstanding. But I felt really bad in food court when security was checking our bags not because we have done something but it was insult even we never did anything. I baught many shoes here before but will never visit fila again. Very bad experience and people there.
We ordered Fila shoes online and we received but didn't fit. We contacted Fila online service regarding exchange or refund. They provided different options. We decided to exchange our shoes at Fila store DFO. 18/1 we went to store to exchange. Firstly , he refused and told us we can exchange as it's more then 2 weeks. Despite they have 30 days exchange policy , he kept insisting that we can not exchange. Finally,showed him the policy. At the end he refunded the money. But he was very rude . Disappointed with their service. Not coming back again.
Walked into the store with no acknowledgement as the staff were more worries about sharing their weekend social life with one another. I Was overcharged for an item. I picked this up. The male employee refunded it. Only to get home and realise I was charged again. I rang the store and advised I was overcharged $20. I was told I had to drive to the store to get my money back and live 40 mins away so not viable at all. VERY POOR!
The only store in DFO not practising safe social distancing. Spoke to staff member about the amount of people in the store, she said they don't have enough staff to implement safe measures. Shame on you store management, you put up barriers between staff and customers then allow 50+ people to cram into your store.
Shoes might be a good price but the customer service is disgusting!!! No acknowledgement & no offer of assistance. Staff member saw me struggling to get the right size box out of the pile & didn’t even come over to help!!! You either need to retrain your staff or get new ones that actually want to deal with customers!!!
Trendy affordable sports wear and very friendly staff/service. Always busy, so understand you may have to wait your turn.

Zero customer service in this store. Not one staff members acknowledged a single customer. Terrible service
