Lovely and polite staff members... dropped my napkin and lady automatically gave me another without me having to ask... good and tasty food
Only thing good about this place is the view. The food and deserts are terrible quality. I'm really surprised they haven't closed down and in fact if it wasn't for the very busy tourist traffic, I believe they would have gone out of business by now.
Service is very slow and disorganised. Food came out before drinks. Drinks were lukewarm and likely forgotten. Rickety table. The only redeeming feature is the nice view, but not recommended.
The staff completely forgot about our drinks and we had to find someone after waiting 30 minutes to order. The dessert selection was good
Burger was dry. Needs a sauce. Chips were delicious.
I had a very nice coffee here and a generous serving of Black Forest Cake. Desert Selection looked extensive and nice.
Been here several times over the last 10 years. Never disappoints and is reasonable value, good location and have always found the service to be good.
