Paid and ordered cake on Sunday for pick up today 7th for my hubbies birthday and when we reached airport west shopping centre at 5pm the shop was closed. No cake for my hubbies birthday. So disappointing.

Best catering ever. The staff is very friendly and the went out of their way to organize my daughter catering. The little sandwiches are great. The party food excellent. Thank you Josie and Viki

It's the second bad experience from this store, bought a BEEF PIE for my son, pulled of the top pastry and yep was not a BEEF PIE........it was BACON PIE...... very upsetting as I said it's the second bad experience We have had..... returned BACON PIE back to store, no return of money only exchange pies, store worker mentions sorry can I have your number and name so we can get the store manager to call you. This has happened on Saturday 22nd April 2017, time 1000am I'm still waiting for my 1st call on my 1st incident which was 4 months ago, this tells me that Ferguson does not care about there customers. My question is how do we make sure that we as a customer know what we are buying these days when the shop assistances are not sure if it's the correct product inside the pie ? Not good enough .......
