I ordered my engagement cake off these guys and after trying it I knew I had to get my wedding cake off these guys too! Self decor for the engagement flowers but wedding was all them and I cannot fault it! It exceeded my expectations and they went above and beyond. Service is great but the shop can be crowded as it’s so popular but the wait is worth it! Well priced and they delivered to my venue.
Eiffel Tower do such an amazing job! Made an amazing cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it was better than what I expected. The staff are amazing there and very helpful! Highly recommended and reasonably priced

Good morning,nnI just want to express my deepest disappointment that my cake request was not followed as per my in person conversation and email that you requested I send directly after with photo and reconfirming the details. We requested little daisy flowers and paid extra for them, they are not on the cake and we paid upfront. We also requested the piping details be a mix of white and pale pink but the cake is just white. I sent a reference photo for the design and the piping does not match what I’ve provided.nnI’m very very disappointed that I was not given the courtesy of a phone call that you were not going to follow my request and this has caused me more stress for my daughters first birthday as now the cake looks incredibly plain and not how I envisioned and I really am so upset that I don’t even want to use it.
