Worst pavlova ever. Ordered a pavlova online to pickup Christmas Eve. Firstly had to wait 30 minutes in the queue to pickup. Queue for non online orders was definitely moving quicker. Secondly pavlova was not fresh, was put into fridge as soon as I got home, I even covered top with glad wrap as fruit didn’t look that fresh. Pavlova just crumbled as I cut into it on Christmas day, it was dry and extremely sugary. Guests commented that a Coles pavlova would have been better also cheaper, which I had to agree. I could have put fresh fruit and cream on myself, in fact I could have baked a better pavlova. Will never order a cake from Eiffel Tower again. Extremely disappointed customer.
We ordered a cannoli tower and other deserts for my sisters 21st, we paid extra for ricotta filling and vanilla only, when they were picked up they were all custard and mixed chocolate. The other deserts were all extremely soggy and tasted like they were 2-3 days old - especially the fruit tarts. Too late to get anything else for the 21st event. Very disappointed.
Disgusting how you still operate.... ordered white mud cake and visually the cake was nice but not exactly what I ordered. Upon cutting the cake it fell apart crumbling and definitely didn't look like white mud. Overcooked dry cake that looked like caramel mud no layers of ganache between the cake and the outside of cake smelt awful. Called and gave negative feedback was asked to come in and bring the cake upon doing so said that was their version of white mud justifying that the cake was moist and they had not received any complaints except me. The offered $50 refund for the ganache after paying $275 for a cake the was inedible. You have definitely lost my business and will make sure that everyone knows how bad your cakes are..... If you want cheap disgusting cakes with a high price go to Eiffel Tower! If I could rate zero I would....
Ordered the cake from the Gold Coast and collected on arrival to Melbourne. The service was exceptional and the cake moist and delicious. Thank you all, will definitely be returning.

Not good. The cake looked nothing like the picture online. It was too tall and had chunky icing around the bottom. I don't like unneccesarily tall cakes. The cake was extremely dull. This was supposed to be a "celebration cake"... It should have been shiny and at least had some decoration. Instead it was all a very dull brown matte colour. If I was to go to a third world country like India I would get a much better decorated cake from any of the bakeries there. So I did some alterations on it. I sliced off the bottom by about 3cm. Then I added some sugar pearls on top. Inside the cake it was all burnt around the edges and did not taste like a marble mud cake. More like a dry vanilla sponge. Also I did not like the selection of cakes there. The black forest cake looked like a bush, you couldn't even tell it was a cake.
Sweets are always yummy, coffee is OK nothing to write home about. Great service, friendly ladies serving in cake section, luv the rum baba
Couldn't have asked for a better option for my birthday cake! Eiffel Tower Cakes have really stepped up their game - fast, efficient service and a variety of cakes and Mediterranean treats on offer.

Didn't expect anything like what I saw here at all at first, but the place is promising and appealing. Order a Nutella filled doughnut and it was delicious but I made mess.
