I usually love their cakes but I had to write about this poor service and quality...My sons baptism was on Sunday 14th April. i picked up the cake on the Saturday the 13th. The filling was great, the finished product itself... NOT so great. I've attached the photo of what we wanted vs what we got. The buttercream finish was SUPER THICK and roughly finished looking as if it had been over whipped. By the time I got home the cake it was already cracking & looked just disgusting overall photos attached. My sister in law had to come in the evening to basically smooth out the rough & thick finishes to make the cake look presentable for the baptism. I just don't feel I got what I paid for $185 later. Would appreciate compensation given. Thanks

Cakes were dry canolli’s are tasteless, eclair taste like paint! All these straight to the bin. Not coming back to this place again.

Always go to eiffell tower for our cakes and sweets. The almond biscuits are always fresh gooey on the inside with a bit of cunch outside. We love coming here coffees aren't bad either. Weekends it's always packed so he prepared for a wait. But it's worth it for the goodies and the prices! Very reasonable!

Really disappointed that every time I buy my favourite Italian sweet it is always so dry! This is meant to be soaked in some type of syrup or liqueur. Why do you make it so badly? Very disappointed!

Beautiful, welcoming, friendly cafe. Amazing bakery items, decorated cakes, desserts, ice cream, cake accessories, chocolates, coffee, pizza and just everything yummy.nEasy parking at business, level entry into building. Plenty of tables to sit down for food and drinks. I will hopefully come back to this gem on my next visit to Melbourne.
