Worst experience ever today with Dr Vijays wife, because I’m young she thinks she can talk to me however she likes. All she cares about is profit not the patient. I don’t think someone like her, with her mindset and attitude should be working here. I will say though, that the 15+ years I’ve been enrolled here, Dr Vijay has been the best! And the receptionist are always so kind and lovely but because of Dr Vijay’s wife I will be un-enrolling and suggest everyone else does the same. Or look elsewhere for a doctor.
Useless i have been taking my family here for 15 years i phoned them to make an appointment for my daughter numerous of times got declined saying i need to take my daughter elsewhere because of a mental breakdown. Other than that if i could i would rate them no stars at all what if my daughter had something severely wrong with her my opinion is that they sux . My other daughter also rang them couple of days ago she was told the nurse will ring her back sill know phone call where is the help when you need them I'm over there stupidly.
It's a good family doctor, nurses and receptionist are wonderful human beings.
Had two visits with doctor. First visit when telling him about my problem he laughed at me. So this joke tried once more, then he lied to me told me what I was doing illegal, so this criminal suggested he ring the police. Did he report the crime witch when you know of a crime law states you have to report. NO. Then was asked to leave. If this seems far fetched to you contact me for video proof. Receptionist was nothing but good to me. Kind thoughts.
I have just spoken to your receptionist regarding a transfer of notes from your practice to ours. I was merely following up on a request for notes. The receptionist was extremely rude and demeaning. She could have politely told me that the patient in question had never been a patient there, but rudeness prevailed. I hope she isn't that way with your patients or other colleagues.
Dr Vj rushes his checks ups especially when it comes to sick children my daughter also was admitted to hospital with a bad virus after seeing by Dr VJ after he had said it was just a cough , reception staff need more customer service training. Would not recommend this practice to anyone especially those with children.
Use to be good, nurse use to be good and so did front desk now they are rude alway talk over you vj also said my son would be fine and resulted in him be in intensive care!!! Im glad didn't listen to him
They have the best receptionists shes so clear and understanding. My family has been going here for over 10 years now and we always will. Quick and straight to the point aswell.
Have been using Dr Vijay for the last 10 years and is our family doctor. Always takes best interest in his patients
Puts profit before people, they could see that i was having trouble breathing but they still wanted money up front before i could see the doctor
