Really felt unwelcome and the staff were cocky! They should have a clear sign saying: order at paypoint!! Saw about 4 groups of people walking in, after a few minutes being shown to their seats, then after sitting for a few minutes realizing you have to go to the counter to place your order?? Due to staff not telling customers how it works. (Also a clear sign at the top of the stairs saying : WAIT TO BE SEATED. Just get table service then). After all this, food and drink were served quite quickly and it was really good. Loved the veg and vegan options available. A cozy little place with nice seating options. Front of house service = SUCKS.

I’ve only had the heirloom mocha here but it was in the top three mocha’s I’ve ever had. the vibe is really nice especially sitting at the front looking down at the lane way especially on a drizzly day. make sure you wait to be seated.

Reasonable coffee, nice food, great ambience. A vegan friend loved it while the meat eaters among us were also satisfied. Beaut little cookies too! And all nice tucked away down a side street near Queen Street Mall makes this place a little gem.

The café was super cute and the staff nice, but sadly I was really disappointed by the food. It was so salty it was almost inedible and I kept getting mouthfuls that tasted purely of salt. When I told the staff that the food was very salty their reply was "the chefs do love their salt!". If you like a very salty meal by all means come here, but if not I'd avoid. Pity, because I was really excited about going here...

Amazing, healthy food in a super cute atmosphere! I love a breakfast at Felix, whether it's an omelette or the purple rice porridge "Breakfast Mess". Their mocha is to die for, with real chocolate shaved into it! A very lovely and hip spot to have some fresh food down a laneway 😀 they have lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, and those who eat gluten free. And the staff are awesome!
