Not happy with them dropped off a form so I can get paid they never even gave it to anyone has happened to me quite a bit.. Maybe the staff at counter need to be spoken with then people might get some where.

Look, I know just as well as anyone that it's not great having to go in to winz and ask them for help, and then all the millions of papers and proof you have to provide for them to be able to even consider you for a benefit, but honestly, their just doing their job, security guys are awesome caring, and honestly, these workers get a really bad wrap sometimes, but we gotta remember that they are just doing their jobs, and tryna keep the ones that do commit fraud outta here, so they can continue to help the people who need it...
Security guards were friendly & polite. Reseption was polite and gave everything I needed
WINZ is always a stressful and unwelcoming place to visit. The security guards were more friendly and helpful than the staff
They put 2 dates to go in but I'll be starving by the time I get any help and bills too I be homeless too
