Completely terrible. I'm supposed to be under care and was referred there from the hospital. After about 5-6 months I called them and was told, incorrectly that because my doctor is in Bulls and I'm in Palmy, then I'm under Whanganui and that they'd referred me there - and of course, I'd never heard from Whanganui as I'm not under them. NONE of the treatment we have been referred for has EVER been done in Whanganui and my doctor confirmed it is incorrect and I am under Palmy for health stuff as I live here, which the diabetes nurse didn't even seem to know. The one meeting I had - she was 15 mins late and had not even booked at room at the place she told me to meet her so then had to even see if a room was available. While her manner was sweet, this treatment is not sweet. Then she told me it wasn't her job to support me but she'd "call from time to time" to just "see how I was going". It's also not good when you take along the info they'll need for you be under their care and they have a pink fit about it and demand to know "who prescribed THIS for you????"  It's not like I can wander into a pharmacy and get meds that are specialist directive only, and she should know that! There was also, at some point before  this meeting, where I left her a message and I texted again after two weeks and then gave up. So, my doctor and I are having to take over my care because of a lack of care, effort and, I might add ... "thinking", leaving me shut out of all kinds of services I need to be able to access and can't.

My friend had an appointment. Apparently on the day of his specific appointment, we were an hour early. & He thought he'd be able to request from the nice receptionist a specific tool. But was declined, due to being the end of the week where a specialist was unavailable. But a Maori nurse came on her way out to a job, asked if he was okay. She got him what he required. From his report being first time here, he was a very satisfied and happy customer with his appointment. He came out singing!

I received excellent advice and help from Think Hauora Podiatrist Nono Motsatsi. Outstanding service.

Horrible experiences here, I got rescheduled twice then I finally got seen then after one session I got told that I would have to cancel all of my appointments and that they would send me to someone else who never texted me back so don't go here if your a man looking for mental help because they don't offer it here
