Have just gone to health centre phatmacy to get my script filled, I had 5 items to get only to be told that because it's a weekend day I will be charged $3 per item extra (that's $15) extra I don't have. I said since when did the charges start? Seems since they opened, I asked where it states that and the guy went to the top shelf by the wall and showed it to me (pay to take your glasses) should be on the counter for all to see in my opinion. I am a registered patient there too seems that doesn't matter, An utter rip off, it's all about money 💵

They told me since I wasn't a registered patient, I couldn't organise an appointment. No indication as to how to get registered, and told me to go to Palmerston North via public transport, with mumps. No regard for public health or safety. I cannot stress enough how disappointing this was.

This facility alike many practice's do not consider health care a right all humans are entitled too, its a privilege afforded to those whom are prepared to pay the most expensive rates for a service that will surely value you as customer on its cash books! Rip off

Ever since they brought every gp together, it's been nothing but longer waiting times, more expensive consults and nurses that insist you they do extra stuff on you even if you don't want to and then charge you extra! Cares more about money than your health. Haven't been back in over a year..
