Very bad service from hydroponic store. i bought items from them which were highly overpriced compared to other stores and wanted to return it back. Not only did they refuse to take it back but were very aggressive and harsh. Don’t recommend anyone to buy from these guys.

Very bad service. They don’t know how to talk with customers and if you have to buy stuff then they are very good, when you have to return or change they treat very badly. Bad EXperience

Xavier and Paul are lovely friendly guys, always happy to have a chat about gardening techniques. Great range of nutrients, lighting and CCH2O systems !!

Horrible customer service 2017 ! What happen to the Asian guy that use to work there? He was good and knowledgeable but this place has horrible service now. Don’t shop there! Very expensive!!!!
