Friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible, lots of in store sales. Awesome experience. Edit:30-7-24:: This is a great family store. From Household items, to perfumes/ Aftershave, men's, women and children's clothing. All the way down to newborn. Plus whiteware, Digital TV's, and many other electrical appliances.
Today I left my pooch in the car under the tree at farmers to walk into town while visiting from Kerikeri and the fire alarm went off, my pooch must have got a fright and somehow even with the cone on his head after just having surgery on his foot got the window on the car all the way down and jumped out. The lovely employees at farmers looked after him until I got back and I appreciate it so much cause someone could have just come by and stole him which when I saw he wasn’t in the car I started freaking out cause he has been stolen before that’s why his name is repo lol. Great friendly employees you guys all are!!!! Thank you so much :
Would give 0 stars since the employees think it’s funny to make fun of a child and quote “come back when daddy can afford it” what a wonderful thing to say to a young Māori boy, you’ll be seeing me soon :
Terrible online return policy. They will only issue a gift card as opposed to refunding my credit card. I ordered socks and they sent me the wrong size and refused to refund my money.nScrew them, so many other places to buy the things I need.
Had lovely service from Daysha today in the cosmetic department. Went the extra mile to help! Found the information I needed and walked me to the products I wanted instead of pointing me in the direction. So helpful and friendly
