I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Fantastic Furniture.nTheir in-store staff are generally helpful, which is why I chose to continue purchasing from them for furnishing multiple investment properties. However, their online customer service has been unacceptable.nOn multiple occasions, I was disconnected mid-call by customer service representatives Melissa and Erica, which is highly unprofessional. I also had to repeat my issue over 15 times without any clear resolution — this level of inefficiency is incredibly frustrating.nWhat’s most concerning is that I paid $170 for express delivery, yet the delivery timeframe has exceeded 15 days. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for an expedited service. If this is “express,” I can only imagine how long standard delivery would take.nAs someone managing multiple properties, reliability and communication are critical. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider using Fantastic Furniture altogether.nAt this point, I would rather delay furnishing than pay significant delivery fees for such poor service and lack of accountability. I must say Melissa should be removed from customer service team as she can't represent Fantastic furniture professionally!
A big shout-out to Brad and the lovely lady with glasses at the front desk! We changed our minds several times about a few items, but they remained incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. Their outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you both so much!
Jarrod is a 5 star employee! He was kind and accommodating. We arrived at 4:45pm, 15 mins before the warehouse closed. At short notice we needed 2 single beds and mattresses, along with some other items and Jarrod made it happen. If what we needed wasn't in stock, Jarrod came up with an alternative. He was not in the least bit phased by our inconvenient request and seemed all the more eager to assist. At 5:25pm Jarrod was wheeling out everything we needed with a smile and after loading everything into the truck, a friendly handshake goodbye. Thanks Jarrod, you have helped 2 young girls sleep comfortably.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fantastic Furniture.nnA few weeks ago, I ordered a queen mattress and paid a deposit. Yesterday, I went to the store and paid the remaining balance in full and booked the delivery for today. The staff member clearly told me that I would receive a message that night confirming the delivery time for today.nnHowever, later yesterday, I received another call saying the mattress I had paid for was not available and they were upgrading me to a different mattress. Even though I was busy, I went back to the store before closing time to see the replacement mattress and agreed to it. Again, I was told I would receive a message that night confirming the delivery time, but I never received any message.nnThis morning, I called the store at 9 am to ask about the delivery time. The staff member told me they would call me soon with the timing. Instead, about an hour later, I received a call from the delivery driver saying he was already at my house. I was at work because no delivery time had been communicated to me. I politely asked if he could wait just 5 minutes as I was very close to home, but he was extremely rude, said I should have received a message, and then hung up on me.nnThis whole experience was very unprofessional. I paid the remaining money yesterday, delivery was booked for today, but there was no proper communication, and the delivery driver’s behaviour was unacceptable.nnVery disappointing service.
We ordered a sofa bed with express delivery.nTried contacting the customer service on expected day of deliverynand unprofessionally they mentioned its not 5pm yet so wait! Still no couchnThe next day called again to follow up as I got the email that its been delivered but no sofa bed. The worst customer service agent Melissa customer service agent at Fantastic furniture abruptly disconnected the call when I tried to cancel the order due to no delivery. She was rude and unprofessional instead of helping or even doing her job she disconnected the call and did not bother to call back.n-1 customer servicen-1 Delivery servicenUnprofessional and disappointing experiencenDo not order from this website if you expect a quality service.
