The staff here are friendly and very helpful! They have lots of items in stock and give you realistic times for delivery and custom orders. The display room is clean, tidy, and organised. There is a small section of clearance and display stock, and delivery prices are reasonable. Will absolutely be buying more furniture from here.
Had a great experience with furniture purchase from Fantastic Furniture in Moonah.nKylie the store manager and her team , especially Bec went above and beyond to ensure my furniture was delivered on the specific date I needed and all items were in stock. I purchased everything from interstate for an entire home.nFurniture arrived in good condition and delivery was on time. Helpful and friendly staff. Great service. I would recommend this store.
Went to fantastic furniture yesterday, and not one person even asked if I needed help or even a hello.nThe staff were to busy gossiping about their weekend.nI walked around the whole store and still nothing. I than saw a cupboard with no price but there was a poster above it with multiple pictures on it including the cupboard i liked.nI pointed at the cupboard and ask the staff member do you have this in stock, she said NO. And went back to her conversation.nI was a little annoyed as they had no intention of serving me, so I left and they missed out on a sale. I'll be buying online from now on
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service i have received. After ordering a CHARCOAL couch, upon arrival, TWO months later, it was DAZZLING GRAY. After contacting customer service, they told us to wait another 2-3 months if we wanted our original couch with NO offers of compensation, nor did the employee express any sympathy. This is quite frankly disgusting support and i would not recommend you to take your business here. If i could leave a zero star review i would!
Great service, great prices. Plus we happened to be able to purchase and take home two island bench stools on the day, so no waiting on stock
