I have just purchased the Dalkeith Deluxe long timber 8 seater table, with 2 matching bench seats. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL !! Very well made and so easy to assemble. I highly recommend this product !!! It was also delivered to me in Rose Bay Tasmania FAST !!! A+++++
Waited months for a rug to arrive, it didn’t arrive… no one contacted me so I was unaware until I called them to get an update on my order, only to be told “it might arrive, it might not” Went into store to choose another rug only to be told that it wasn’t in stock either.. The staff were not helpful, originally I had a universal item discount on the first rug which they refused to carry across to the only rug they had in store that would suit. Terrible customer service.
Very easy on line ordering .I used the click and collect option and .had my purchase ready to pick up .really good communication from the store in the meantime about time .location etc. Staff at pick up point were very friendly and helpful as well
Very poor customer service. The way the people talk over the phone looks like they don't care. My friend and me placed order for same bed frame on the same day at same time. My friend got text to collect the bed frame, but I haven't. Called the Hobart store to find out what's the issue, only response I got is when it arrives we will text you. I mentioned the whole scenario and still the same response. I mentioned can we collect the bed frame when the other one arrives. No consideration, said the same response when the other one arrives we will text you and you have to collect the other one within 7 days. This is really inconvenience. I rang them before to follow up when the products will arrive they acted the same way saying freight got delayed n we will text when it arrives. While on invoice it mentioned 2/4 weeks appox. I will wait one more week if it doesn't arrive I will go get a refund. My advice will be don't buy anything if they don't have them in stock. Shocking customer service.
Placed an order for a rug online on the 6th of October, given 3-4 week estimated delivery time. At 4 weeks, contacted the store, they said there was a delay, another 2 weeks. After 8 weeks, contacted again, they said another delay, would be another 2 weeks. Annoyed, I requested the order be cancelled. Received notification on the 2nd of December that my order was cancelled, noticed no refund so called to find out, they said a refund would take 5-8 business days to process. On the 2nd of January remembered I needed to check to make sure the refund had gone in, surprise surprise, no refund. Called store, they had no answer, saud they'd call back. 2 hours later I receive a call saying oops, there was a system error and refund not processed. It's processed now and will take 5-8 business days. Fantastic STOLE my money for over 3 months at this stage i still don't have my money and made me chase after them. Terrible, awful costumer service, horrible business and I will never, ever deal with them again. And you bet I'm telling everyone I know about this experience.

Service was great. I did an afterpay click & collect. Was ready in 30mins and it was a smooth easy process. Friendly service. Click & collect guys put it into my car! Thanks so much for that. Will definitely be back!
Need help with a product ? Don’t go here. They don’t ask nor seem to care about the presentation of their furniture. I am certain the yellow stain on the quilt cover was urine. Won’t be going back here.
Ordered Wardrobe online which stated delivery/pickup within 3-4 weeks while checkout. Waited 5 weeks and after getting no response contacted them and they asked to wait for another 4 weeks with free delivery. Waited another 5 weeks and they said it's not on stock and they do not have any information when it will come. Emailed customer service about the issue with solution and got no response. Called back again to get something else which is on stock with happy to pay price difference. But mentioned they can not provide that complimentary delivery because its only for wardrobe. What A Joke !!!! They failed to supply product on time they promised for 2 times after taking payment and after that there's no guarantee of time when they can supply. But that's the worst customer service I have ever experienced here in Hobart.
They really need to learn about customer service. Good furniture reasonable price.
