Just wanted to thank all the staff at Fantastic Furniture Warrnambool with all their help they had given me with deciding what couch to buy over the last couple of weeks. Would like to especially thank Janine who helped me finalise my purchase today. She was kind, well informed and patient with helping me deciding on fabrics and warranties.

I was told the item I wanted to buy was out of stock at the local store but I could get it it 8-10 weeks. There was the option to drive to another town to buy one of the items (of which they had 7) but getting it transferred was not an something they had any interest in helping me with. I was really disappointed but it worked out great in the end. I bought a way better quality bed online with free delivery and it'll arrive in less than a week. Pays to shop around folks.
I gave one star because I couldn't post without a rating. 0 stars.
