Famous footwear staff are always so welcoming and very helpful. I showed them a photo of the shoes I was wanting to buy and the lady walked me straight to them and I was in and out of the shop in under five minutes with my purchase. She also gave me some positive advice on the shoes and how to care for them and get the most out of them. Very happy with the customer service and the products.
Always receive fantastic service at Famous Footwear Bendigo. On this particular visit, we were shopping for new shoes for me and my child for a funeral, and the staff were kind and understanding when it took us a little longer than usual to make our choices. This place is my ‘go to’ when I need new footwear. They have a great range and the staff are lovely. I couldn’t get the shoe colour I wanted so they found a pair at another store in the colour I wanted. Once paid for, they were sent directly to my home…talk about going the extra mile.
