First they sell my layby before I had picked it up, then one of the pairs of shoes I did manage to pick up was the wrong size - due to it being the biggest in the range I asked for a refund. I was offered a store credit to which I replied that I'd rather a refund, however that was refused - given the hassle with my lay by I didn't think it was too difficult. As someone who regularly shops local, this will be one store I will not be shopping at again.
