Doctors here don't know enough. It's apparently easier to prescribe drugs then actually fix the problem. Very disappointed in this practice will not be back. The doctor shrugged off all symptoms and just prescribed pain meds. Sorry but pain meds for a chronic condition does not suffice. Something that could have been fixed months ago if the doctor actually knew what he was talking about.

The receptionist was bitching about patients while we were sitting in the waiting room the doctor I seen was really rude and couldn’t write the script I needed correctly. I had to call and get it resent as it was an urgent script and he stuffed it up both times and I had to pay full price anyway. The receptionist cass I think her name was was great and very helpful .. hence the 2 stars and not 1

Dr Mishra is a wonderful Doctor. He is brilliant with our children and always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the most appropriate treatment. I will not see another Doctor. All staff are friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to improve on meeting appointment times. I feel the wait time we experience at every appointment may be because the Doctors/Others are overbooked as the wait time seems to be the same regardless of who you see. On one occasion I had an 8am appointment with a physical therapist and the surgery doors didn't open until 8.30am. I was finally seen at 8.55am making me very late for work - apparently I was the first appointment.

I have ALWAYS  great service and Dr Sawnig is very good .. the nurses and counter staff should be congratulated.
