I have been attending this medical practice for many years and have always been satisfied with their care and service. Recently, I have found myself in need of extra care medically due to an infection, and the management, Doctors and other staff have gone above and beyond to assist me and my family through this difficult time. I have a lot of healing to do but feel I am under the best care at The Hub medical centre. Highly recommend!

Disgusting unprofessional borderline bulling. Resulting in worsening the injury. And leaving to present to the hospital.

My husband recently joined this practice. On his first doctor's appointment he was left sitting in the reception area for over an hour.......nobody in reception noticed that he was a new patient and so neglected to direct him to the correct waiting area for his doctor. It was only when he asked about the delay that he was re-directed. No apology was tendered. Today he asked for a podiatry appointment........again nobody noticed this would be a first appointment by a new patient....so he was not asked if he needed a referral from his doctor.This was later corrected over the phone. Again no apology given. New patients, especially elderly ones, need and are entitled to better service. Please ensure all reception staff are fully trained, aware of potential patient mistakes or lack of knowledge and prepared to apologise when necessary. After all the first impression of this centre is gained when dealing with reception!!!

I sliced my leg open and phoned to come in and have a nurse take a look as I live local and was worried to travel further. The nurse told me she was too busy and told me to go to the hospital. Isn't that what medical centres are for? to stop unnecessary crowding at the hospital? Won't be going there again. No concept of duty of care.

Without doubt worth the 10min drive from Caboolture. Great staff, pleasant and respectful.reception. Very helpful Dr. Can easily make an appointment on line. They have 2 more clients in us.
