If i could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely appalling!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I cancelled my reservation almost a month in advance and this hotel then proceeded to charge my credit card a week out from when we originally going to stay. Since then I have contacted them numerous times by email & phone trying to get my money back, but no one will return any of my messages. That is theft!

I have never written a review as I usually have a fairly clear idea of what I am getting from photos etc, this property although generally clean was a disappointment. The photos don't clearly indicate that this property is a house - the owner clearly states when he meets you, you can not have any friends to visit. Each unit has rules written on label tape and stuck everywhere. There is rules on heating, cooking, showers, water usuage and cleaning. If you are told you have been given an upgrade this is just not true! My friends and I booked every apartment - there is only 3 - and the owner tried to tell 2 of us we have been upgraded. There was no other apartment to be upgraded from! I had the unit which showed a full kitchen - don't expect to use the kitchen - the cupboards where cable tied so I could not access any pots etc, the gas has been turned off. I had access to a microwave, kettle and fridge. I had 3 seating/lounge areas but no one could visit - not even just for a cup of tea! My friends had their microwave removed from their spaces. A note was left in my apartment regarding a cleaning bond would be charged - I enquired about this - if the cleaner took longer than 30 minutes to clean I would be charged. Some of the lights did not work and the downstairs heat pump did not work. There are no curtains in the 3 lounges so the outside light shines into the bedroom if you don't close your door. You don't feel welcome at this property, it feels like the owner purposely removes items like light bulbs, microwaves, limits heating to make as much money as possible from your booking. You can not relax in the environment. I would not recommend this property and won't be back.

Everything looked nice (enough) on the surface. Until you couldnt turn the heater past 22c and then they would cut the electricity to that at midnight, never to regain power again! It was absolutely freezing with temperatures to 0c outiside. This is NOT a chateau nor a resort, with no one to help when youre freezing your butt off at 4am with two tiny blankets. DO NOT STAY HERE! I hate you falls chateau, you suck. I now see I'm not the first either. Better make some changes before yall go broke!
