This was a great place to stay on an affordable budget for a family of 6. This is a older Motel few things could be done to freshin up but cant really complain, had everything we needed for a nights stay. Beds were comfy enough for us and sheets were clean. The hot water may take a while to heat up in the shower but once it has no problem. Staff were very accommodating and the Motel was close to everything we needed and to town.
Lots of cockroaches was absolutely disgusting Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Bathroom was generally unhygienic with black mould growing, and lots bugs in the carpet. Tv had no remote.nThere was dishwashing liquid but no scrubber, only 1 pot and lack of utensils.nPower plugs were not working which made the fridge leak.nCupboards and furniture in a really rundown state.nIve taken my dogs to better quality kennels.nWould not recommend!!
The basics done incredibly poorly!n1. Toaster doesn’t workn2. Curtains broken and hanging off the trackn3. No hot water to do dishesn4. Broken chairn5. No Netflix connection. No other viewing options.n6. Freezer frozen-overn7. No chain on sink plug.n8. The room slept 6 however only 2 forks, 2 knives, 1 tablespoon, zero teaspoons.nWouldn’t stay here again
This place was very disappointing. The rooms did not match what was shown online, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, pricing does not make sense, If we paid extra for almost identical cabin, and smell was unacceptable and I cannot recommend staying here.
You double charged my husband when he stayed there on 21st Feb. you have been contacted 5 times now and each time you say you’ll proceed with a refund yet it never happens. Unfortunately we are having to take this matter further
