Overpriced!!! They want to charge me 40$ for new heels I went to another shop and they only charged me 27$ for Good year premium heels.
Awful experience. Worst customer relations and shoes came back with a small leather tear. Would take no responsibility and hung up on me. Worst customer relations when something goes amiss. Customer beware.I'd give zero stars if i could
Do not go here for watch repairs, I gave them my watch to repair was completely over quoted for a simple repair and then when I said I wouldn't pay it they didn't put my watch back together properly and left parts out.
The heels of my shoes were repaired fast and done professionally. They also fixed the scuffing of the leather on the heels and polished the shoes at no extra cost. Great service and the owner Maria was a delight to deal and talk to.
Fantastic! Have had numerous shoes and boots with total resole and handbag with new straps done and they were all done so well and I am very particular. Highly recommend them.
Falkinghams are the very best in service and all shoe and leather repairs .... congratulations
