Story

Follow the yellow brick road to find fabled tales collected by
legendary European storytellers.

Peek into the world of all your favourite Fairytale characters,
from Red Riding Hood to Rumplestilzchen.

Housed in specially stylised buildings of castles, cottages and caves all set amongst neatly kept gardens, giant boulders and lovely water features.

There are over 22 animated hand crafted scenes that will come to life
at the push of a button, all with digitised sound and lighting.

Witness Cinderella at the Grand Ball, squirt the Frog Prince at his waterfall, see Jack in his beanstalk, join the Teddy Bears at their Picnic and hear the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears among others.

Value for Money, $18 per adult and $10 for our 4yr old girl. bring your walking shoes, mostly up hill walking nothing too strenuous. Great for kids, small picnic tabled area and an under cover shelter also. There is hot food available (I didn't take note of prices) however we brought our own food. I didn't see any facilities to fill up water bottles we had enough on us. It's a nice walk and well themed fairy tale path (plenty of photo ops) complete with castle on the top of the hill for all to see. There's a great playground (some medieval themes) where our daughter spent almost an hour. Easy access to car park, however it fills up fast - if you don't like crowds I recommend getting there early. Overall simple, easy, fun for kids and good clean facilities.

Excellent place to spend a day with your kids. Kids can see their story characters acting on background music and story telling audio machine. Lots of characters are there, just to name one 'cindrella'. Just be cautious to select a fairly cool day. The hot and warm day will kill you as it's all open and you directly get the sunlight. You can buy tickets there by cash.

Nice place to take the kids, little bit run down and old but I can see they are doing some improvements to the place. Worthwhile trying to get the kids to slow down around the park otherwise you could end up powering around it in about 45 minutes. There's a cool playground at the end where you can have your lunch too. On hot days the slide is scalding hot and you can't use it. Fairy Park is a bit of a Geelong institution, well worth a visit.

My 6 yo son loved the train demo right at the top of the hill. He also had a blast in the Camelot play area. It is big with many nooks and surprises for the children to explore

My 15 months old baby girl loved the place, and so did I. The setting is very beautiful; it brings classic tales back to life. I think today's generation desperately need that. The speakers are loud and clear. The place is very clean and easy to navigate with signs everywhere. Parking is easy. Some picnic spots with bbqs. Toilets were clean when I used them upon arrival. As we left they were not as clean. It's up to people's manners of course. There is a big changing table. It was clean. I didn't take a pram as the place is on a hill, so if you feel like exercising take it; otherwise don't. A baby carrier will do. Price is good 36$ for adults, baby for free. The views are very serene. We took our own sandwiches so can't judge the food. I think kids should see this and get a glimpse into classic literature. The only negative thing is the playground. It is not sheltered, and the equipment were very hot from the sun and somehow they need updating. But all in all it's awesome. Must see.
