Changed to Fairfield Pharmacy a couple of months ago and I have to say they have been marvellous; nothing seems to cause them problems. Our medications is are always ready to be collected OR if it's an emergency prescription we may have to wait a few minutes - not a problem when you consider that previously it would often take a week / 10 days from ordering anything to eventually 'getting' it. I'd recommend this pharmacy to anybody. Thank you, life is much less stressful these days.
Shocking service sold tablets that was not even asked for, three times my husband asked for oil capsules I needed told him they didn’t have any, so palmed him off with something else, he did not ask for them but was told these will do the job, he took them back and they wouldn’t reimburse him, yes I admit he did then loose his temper and swore which he knows he shouldn’t of done, but for a pharmacist to palm you off with something different to what he asked for three times is bad customer service, and he refused to reimburse him immediately, he didn’t aim it at the pharmacist it was in the sentence of I just want my !!!!!!! Money back nothing personal, only used them once but never again
Deliver my prescription reliably each month. The only problem is there is not any wheelchair accessible entrance but they will come out to you if you knock on the window

Extremely unhelpful and have shown no compassion or understanding. In a phone call friendly menber of staff had checked availability and invited me to call in at the pharmacy to collect my prescription as my my doctors surgery was closed at the weekend.. However the clearly stressed manager would not issue the prescription forcing me to cancel my flight as I would have run out whilst away. I have made a formal complaint to NHS England.
Had covid vaccine appointment today and need to say how impressed I was with everyone. The organisation was fantastic, injection painless, and staff wonderful, well done and thank you for your hard work.
Extremely unhelpful staff who show no compassion or understanding. My family have been long standing customers of this pharmacy and have overlooked several encounters with rude members of staff. We now feel we have no other option but to take our business elsewhere.
I moved to this pharmacy after a bad experience at another pharmacy just as lockdown started. I am so pleased I did as it is a totally different experience. The colleagues are very efficient and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you

The Fairfield Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been in, if I had my way I would close every pharmacy in the area and just gave the Fairfield Pharmacy open .OMG. It's sooooo! Fantastically wonderfully brilliant...
