Big thanks to the pharmacist Timothy for helping out my mum with making multiple official pharmacy receipts! I know that the pharmacy is really busy and it’s not the top priority of the pharmacist. It is really appreciated! Keep up the good customer service
Not bad. Staff were ok and did not need prompting. Only issue is with access and parking. The car park is too small and ridden with potholes. Fairfield CBD is difficult to access with 40kmph speed zones and red light cameras which are hard to see.
Id give 10 stars for Charlie. My daughter represented with mozzi bites n she had allergic reaction. He jumped to hero mode. He treated her with ice pack and antihistamine on the spot. Hes an angel
I've shopped here for a number of years. Click and Collect orders are always packaged promptly. Vaccinations, too, are always simple and speedy. I even needed to reschedule a booking on the day of the vaccine, and a quick phone call was answered by a terrifically helpful staff member who let me come in earlier.
Excellent online services & on demand delivery services - can amend the checkout section to leave a note for the store/driver/delivery person. Either than that was a great experience. Thank you
It is a big chemist. It is hard to find parking as there are many cars to want to Park there for the chemist. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help the customers. I recomend that chemist for the variety of things they have there. Although, I can not honesto say that is cheap, certainly is a big chemist. And the staff deserves a 5 stars.
Excellent service from the only pharmacist on duty tonight for sorting out the RAT test for international travel. He was really busy but managed to get it sorted quickly. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you so much and appreciate it
Placed an online order and the product I received was used as the product was half empty and missing the lid. Not impressed and was unable to get in contact with the store to replace/receive a refund. Would not order from here again.
Just like all other Chemist Warehouse. I really don't like the customer parking that they have. There are too many potholes and not enough for car spaces. Now I just street park whenever I come here.
A lady with long black hair and not real eyelashes at the front counter very rude and bad service. As I pay for my items and ask for a bag her replied is "NO, do want to pay 10 cent" i tell her you give to the lady before me and she just shrug and said "oohh well"
