I have never had any problems with Faggs Mitre 10.  When I find someone I ask them if they are free to assist me with my list.  Recently I wanted to plant out 7 avocado trees.  I was told exactly what I needed and how to do it.  The trees are thriving. Also, I have a worm farm and if they don't have the knowledge to assist me with purchases they find someone who does.  Then they continue to go through my list with me, carrying heavy objects to my trolley, through checkout to loading my car.  Well done Fagg's Mitre 10!  I am heading to you as soon as I get my act together!

Told by a staff member she had closed her register for the day. Sent me to the trade desk. She then proceeded to serve a new customer after I had lined up at the trade desk. I do not have a mitre10 card or trade account. I will not be shopping here again.

Lazy staff totally uninterested in helping. Service desks unmanned. Poor information given. To cap it off the blasted eftpos was not working AGAIN. Went to Bunnings in Leopold even though it was out of my way. Service a smile and cheaper price. Stay away from this joint.

Lazy, incompetent and irresponsible staff. Plan for every conceivable mistake, because these guys will make every one of them.

great location, always get a parking spot close to door.. Not as much range as that other store but they have the neccessaties.. Good to shop at a store that isn't a multi national comglomerate - I don't mind paying a bit extra if it means keeping the smaller players in the market. And they do price match that major store. They're loyalty card is also worthwhile.
