Friendly enough in store but terrible service generally. We ordered a product online that was apparently in stock but when we went to collect it was not in stock. We advised it was an urgent project and was assured they could get the product in the following week and would call with an ETA but never called. Every time we called them they assured us they would call back but never called. When we called them the 4th time 1 week later they advised the order was never actually received by the manufacturer and they'd have to re order it - tried to blame it all on the manufacturer and took no accountability at all. Clearly they never followed up with the manufacturer as they never bothered to call us with the promised ETA.

Helpful,  didn't have what I wanted tho
