Chris and his team are very friendly and encouraging, making sure you have  form and encouraging you along! I found the sessions challenging, but would highly recommend this neighbourhood gym as a great place to train

An enthusiastic place to train and build on personal goals. Trainers are all keen to help with technique and offer encouragement, especially Chris. Feels like a club than a gym, atmosphere this creates gives this a 5 star from me.
