What a pleasure to be part of such a warm and welcoming community, everyone is treated with respect and welcomed with open arms. No matter what your fitness level, age or gender it’s all about making the most out of your training. Great mix of classes, knowledgeable trainers and clean environment. F45 really is life changing, once you get into the swing of the routine and exercises you really will love this format! Quick and the time flies you really feel you have had a good all over workout! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try.
I simply cannot express how awesome this place is!! The coaches are thorough and supportive. They come in every day, happy to be there providing solid laughs and banter. They do a great job at correcting your form to prevent injury and they give you that little extra push when you're lacking some motivation. The owners are awesome too! The are thoroughly involved in the place. Attending work outs, active on the social media scene, popping in to get to know everyone and always looking for feedback and ways to improve. Walking in that door has become one of the highlights of my day, never have I been a member at any place that has felt so warm and welcoming. After attending a different F45 previously, that lacked all of the above, I told myself I would never go back, however these guys have obviously exceeded all expectations. So massive shout out to the F45 Cannington team, thanks a million!
Tash is amazing trainer! She loves what she does and is very eager to challenge and push my limits. She's also make a big effort to correct my posture and give me options to take to continue my workout. Plus a great and encouraging team atmosphere that brings me back to train daily :

Joined F45 Cannington even though there is a closer F45 to home and work, but no regrets: Coaches including Chris and Elisa are amazing as they are dedicated in what they do and who will push you further than your limits.
Great atmosphere, cardio definitely isn't my strong point but the ladies helped me work through it! I will be back tomorrow for weight Training
The best gym i have hit so far. Its been an addiction now.
Great place to train and Dave and Chiara are absolutely brilliant instructors.
Love the fun work out routines! Perfect for people who doesn't like to go to the gym.
