My beloved wife shops here quite often. It's great shop for all age groups for teens, women's and elderly. Great selection available here. Staff are very polite and helpful at all times.
Absolute worst retail experience of my life. Seven weeks, four in-person visits after getting click-and-collect directions, over 140 km traveled to the store for pick up, countless emails, empty promises, demanding a refund, and ignored, absolutely disgusting. No money and still no product. To not only be ignored but also no money for Xmas this year because of this shambles Ezibuy sickness me.
Very friendly customer service. Explained the online purchase return policy clearly. Shop was kept cleaned, and tidy. Ezibuy as a company needs to improve their return policy. Right now online return takes a couple of weeks to issue credit. Not the shop keepers fault. The company needs to change the archaic policy.
Website says close 5.30pm. Went to collect item at 5.25pm the doors shut. And when I saw the customer service person she said come tomorrow, inconvenience, horrible service, don’t think they care about their shoppers, sales reps worried about going home which is fine but do what you say, put a sign up doors close at 5.25pm not 5.30. Bad experience.
Bad quality and worst service. It took 12! days before my order was available for pickup in store. I returned the product immediately after pickup because of the horrible quality. Then it took 20! days to receive the refund. Ezibuy kept my money 32 days in total without delivering any product of good quality. This has been the very last time I purchased from Ezibuy.
EziBuy is always well stocked and I'm very impressed with how well the staff make you feel at ease while you are shopping.
Very very happy normally dont do reviews but the customer service i got from a girl with the turban at this store was immaculate..... would highly recomend
I visited d the store in person. I did my research before going. I was following up something I had seen on line. It indicated there was stock in store. We visited in the morning. The staff person I approached when I could not find the item was very unhelpful. She said " we have different stock to what's online" she had a bored and disinterested attitude. it was a disappointing experience all round and a wasted trip. I wont go back.
A friendly member of Ezibuy team was extremely helpful in sorting my return and locating the pieces that I liked to try. However the store itself was a bit too dark, also without her help I wouldn't be able to locate the items that I was after. Better signage plus better lighting would certainly help their customers to browse and locate the styles...
No stars isn't an option but that is what I would like to give for their customer service. The call centre staff are terrible, cannot locate information, give the incorrect information and make the experience of shopping with Ezibuy a nightmare. There is no contact at all regarding orders, email or phone - anything. The call centre staff then expect you to have knowledge about things they have actioned. Avoid if you can! So bad!
