I really didn't want to do this but I've been left with no other choice..

I first booked into Eyebrow Couture May 2017, after my friend had her eyebrows microbladed here.  

I paid cash so instead of $695, I paid a 'discounted price' of $630. 

After my first appointment, my eyebrows faded dramatically after a week. They didn't even look tinted, never mind Microbladed. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.  

Melanie then tried with a 2D gun and also tried the previous methods again, to no avail. 

Fast forward to Feb 2018 and I had, what I thought, was a last ditch attempt at me getting something; anything; from my $630. 

So imagine my surprise when I was charged an additional $245 at the appointment!!

I communicated that I was not told there was a charge and in all honesty, I was completely floored, and paid it. 

Hoping and praying that my eyebrows would finally be defined.  

Once again.. they completely faded.  I was distraught.  I'm now down $875 & have not even had one week of defined eyebrows.  

I contacted Melanie and asked if she would consider a partial refund.  I was told no & that it was my skin and basically, unlucky.  And that's the form that I signed? �

Melanie, personally is a lovely lady but I can't help but feel completely deflated.  

If you paid for your car to be sprayed, and it kept fading.. you wouldn't except to be charged again, to fix the problem. 

Being out almost $1000 for nothing is a very hard pill to swallow.

So fortunate to find you Mel. The eyebrow feathering is on point. Lash lift great. No more eyelash curling.  How awful I looked before yet people commented I had nice brows! You've given them beautiful colour, tone, perfect shape and symmetry.  Changes to ones face can look awful if taken too far but you guided me not to over do it.
What sticks with me is how I felt from the moment I walked in.   You provided such care and when you spoke, it was with a passion for your clients, for your workmanship and for your training at the highest level.  You put every effort into my appointment. It reminded me of how an  artist takes such time and dedication painting a portrait. Thank you again.  I understand why you have many long term clients

Terrible botched experience. I had my eyebrows done with Melanie a few years ago and only now have I been able to fix the damage she did to them. When I sent pictures to Melanie of my concerns and colour she said I would have to pay?! They looked so bad with dashes and the colour was a terrible red/brown that didn't suit my colouring or blonde hair. I was not impressed and given I was trying to colour them in to hide the scars from her tattoo pen I decided to find someone else in Melbourne and I am so glad I did not go back to Melanie. To sum up Melanie had gone too deep and quick with her tattoo and didn't complete the hair strokes which was theh results of the scars throughout my eyebrows and the colour was not matched to my skin or hair. My new cosmetic artist did feather touch on me and did the most amazing colour. She had to make my eyebrows bigger to hide the scars Melanie left me with. It ended up taking two sessions and then another top-up a year later before the botched job has been hidden. I went with Melanie as she was very cheap, but it cost me much more to fix the botched eyebrows and with no help from her to even ask me to come in and see them i person despite sending pictures of the botched eyebrows. I am delighted with my eyebrows now but at the time I was so angry as it's your face and I had a bad experience. Do your homework on researching artists with awards who are the best in their field as it's your face!

Melanie is an absolute Eyebrow Sculpting genius. My eyebrows have never been better, I absolutely love the way she shapes them.
I have now started taking my 16 year old daughter & she loves Mel's work also.
